Are you tired but wired at night? Wake up at 3am and can't fall back asleep? Exhausted but your brain won't shut off? Did you know that medication is not the first line recommendation for getting back to sleep?
I'm an LCSW based in South Bend, Indiana and training in CBT-I with Stanford University's Sleep Health & Insomnia Program in their Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. I received my MSW from Columbia University's School of Social Work in 2010.
I'm looking for clients struggling with insomnia for remote sessions and am available on weekdays after 4:30PM and weekends.
I know firsthand from family experience how difficult insomnia can be, and how if left untreated can snowball into more issues.
Because of this I decided to get training in CBT-I to help others sleep again. Please reach out if you're struggling with your sleep!
