Jodie O'Brien

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with young adults and adults experiencing insomnia, anxiety, and depression. I have completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I understand how frustrating it can be when difficulty sleeping, persistent worry, or low mood begin to affect your everyday life. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping clients better understand their experiences, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in their ability to create meaningful change. Whether we are working to improve sleep, manage anxiety, or address depression, my goal is to help you feel supported while finding an approach that fits your needs. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
