You may be exhausted from nights of difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early. Perhaps you dread bedtime, worry about how you’ll function the next day, or feel as though your mind and body never fully settle. Anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress can also make it difficult to feel rested and grounded.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and somatic psychotherapist who helps clients address insomnia, anxiety, panic, trauma, and PTSD. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), an evidence-based treatment that helps you understand the patterns affecting your sleep and develop practical strategies for more restful nights. My body–mind approach also supports awareness of how stress and arousal show up in your body, helping you build a greater sense of calm and resilience.
I have completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Basic CBT-I course and Stanford’s Sleep Health and Insomnia Program (SHIP) training, and I continue to participate in weekly CBT-I consultation through SHIP. I offer culturally attuned care in English, Korean, and Spanish, tailored to your needs, goals, and values.
If sleep has become a struggle, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward restoring your confidence in sleep and helping you feel more present and connected in your daily life.
