I received insomnia psychotherapy training in CBT-I from the University of Arizona Sleep & Health Research Program and the Center for Deployment Psychology. More broadly, I am a relational and experiential psychotherapist utilizing somatic experiencing (SE), accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), and internal family systems (IFS). When working in short-term insomnia focused therapy, I occasionally integrate experiential methods, particularly from somatic experiencing. I have worked with clients who have reached out exclusively to do CBT-I, and I have also worked with my existing long-term clients with CBT-I.
