I am Dr. Kyle Davis, a licensed clinical psychologist. I moved to Boise, Idaho in 2013 after completing a PhD program in clinical psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder and have focused my career on helping people improve their physical and psychological well-being.
In 2021, I launched Confluence Health Psychology to provide effective, efficient, and timely services to help people manage sleep disorders. At this time, my practice is primarily focused on helping people manage insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders. chronic pain, and weight. I also have extensive experience helping people manage chronic pain, weight, stress, and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression and bipolar spectrum disorders.
