I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist, and over that time my practice has expanded to offer a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

If you are out-of-network or prefer to self-pay, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
