I am a psychotherapist focusing on the treatment of adults with sleep problems as well as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stressors, and other mental health concerns that commonly coincide with sleep symptoms. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) independently as well as in conjunction with other therapies to meet individual client needs. Services are currently via telehealth to clients who reside in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont.

I found my way to treating sleep issues when I had the opportunity to take a long-term clinical training in CBT-Insomnia. Like many of the therapies I utilize, once I began treating clients it became a joy to witness how significantly their circumstances improved as the result of this short-term therapy. I prioritize taking insurance in my practice because the need for this therapy is significant and it has been shown to be highly effective.
