I attended Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology for a PhD in Clinical Psychology with Health Emphasis and graduated in 2011. While there, I learned about health psychology and received lectures on CBT-I from doctoral level providers at Montefiore Hospital and researchers at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. I continue to work with children, young adults, adults, and older adults utilizing CBT-I. Because I often work with individuals managing chronic pain and fatigue (and a variety of medical conditions where sleep is directly impacted such as multiple sclerosis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), these skills have served me well and been incredibly useful in my practice. I am a practitioner listed through the Penn MS Center as well as many other clinics and receive referrals regularly through them.
