Dr. Mills works with adults and adolescents. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), he is trained in specialty techniques for PTSD (Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy) and anxiety. He is also experienced with diagnostic and psychological assessment. Dr. Mills brings acceptance and a sense of humor to the therapy relationship, as well as a pragmatic focus on helping you achieve the results that matter most to you.
