I am a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist having qualified in 2010 with a Masters degree. The focus of my private practice is on improving quality of life and one of the most impactful occupations for this is sleep. I spent nearly 9 years working in the National Health Service with specialism in neurology before moving to work in private practice. I am also trained in Health Coaching and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which I combine with my Occupational Therapy approach to support adults to live a healthy, fulfilled life through sleep and lifestyle interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia.
