I am passionate about healthy sleep and helping people sleep better. I've been treating patients for sleep problems and training health professionals about sleep since 2000. The more mundane details: My training in sleep was completed in 2012 through supervision with Philip Gehrman, PhD, CBSM, a sleep researcher and clinician at the University of Pennsylvania.
