Dr Sara Winter is a Clinical Psychologist and CBTi provider with over 20 years' experience and a special interest in sleep disorders and chronic disease. Sara completed her PhD in the area of sleep disorders and health behaviour change, specifically CPAP adherence, and is an honorary Associate Professor with the University of Queensland. Sara works in a quaternary multidisciplinary sleep disorders service delivering psychological interventions for a variety of sleep conditions including CBTi for insomnia. Sara Crocker is a Clinical Psychologist and CBTi provider based in Brisbane. Sara works in a quaternary multidisciplinary sleep disorders service and has clinical experience in managing a variety of sleep disorder presentations including insomnia, hypersomnolence conditions, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, and OSA treatment adherence. Sara has a particular interest in sleep and women's health. Sara is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
