Magdalena Komsta is a psychologist, sleep expert, certified cognitive-behavioral therapist of insomnia, behavioral sleep medicine practitioner and a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional and Diplomate of IBLM (International Board of Lifestyle Medicine). She is a member of the Polish Sleep Research Society, the European Sleep Research Society and the Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine. She supports adults and children struggling with sleep disorders and also trains medicine doctors and other professionals in sleep medicine. Privately – in line with the motto “practise what you preach” – she is an enthusiast of walking 10,000 steps a day.
