Brittany received her Masters Degree from UW-Madison in Clinical Social Work. She obtained her LCSW in 2020 and has been working as a therapist since 2009. She is recently trained in CBT-I and started practicing in behavioral sleep medicine. She is currently practicing in WI and MN at Nystrom and Associates and currently treating Insomnia, CPAP adherence, and circadian rhythm disorder shift worker type. She is working to gain more education and experience to address additional behavioral sleeping disorders.
