Dr. Timothy Baardseth is a clinical health psychologist who is board certified in behavioral sleep medicine (DBSM). He received his PhD from University of Wisconsin-Madison in Counseling Psychology, completed an APA-accredited internship at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center and an APA-accredited post-doctoral fellowship in health psychology at Hines VA Hospital in Chicago. Prior to his doctoral training, he received a masters degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelors degree at Luther College. Brittany received her Masters Degree from UW-Madison in Clinical Social Work. She obtained her LCSW in 2020 and has been working as a therapist since 2009. She is recently trained in CBT-I and started practicing in behavioral sleep medicine. She is currently practicing in WI and MN at Nystrom and Associates and currently treating Insomnia, CPAP adherence, and circadian rhythm disorder shift worker type. She is working to gain more education and experience to address additional behavioral sleeping disorders.

Jake (he/him/his) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and concerns about their sexual behavior and interests. He has provided psychotherapy and supportive services in the community and inpatient settings including the development and implementation of adapted programming for neurodivergent individuals and supervised an evidenced-based inpatient treatment program for individuals who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviors. Brittany started working with children and families involved in the children’s court system, then worked with youth who aged out of foster care. She has held positions in a crisis resource center and behavioral coaching as well. For over 9 years, Brittany has been working as a mental health therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
